~*~ INFORMATION FOR 2012 ~*~

Love Your Pet Expo is now an outdoor event. We are asking for a donation instead of a set price for booth space. If you can afford to pay the full $75.00, it would be appreciated, but those who cannot afford the full amount can still join the fun. The amounts paid are strictly confidential, and we’re always happy to swap booth space for products or services. We will also pass on the savings to our attendees. Instead of a $4.00 entry fee, admission will be on a cash or pet supplies donation basis as well.

We will be using the roadway for strollers and wheel chairs, and the grass area for the exhibits, demos, vendors and the B-B-Q. This helps us pass on the savings to you. We will pray for ‘NO RAIN’ if it does rain we can relocate the event to the barns.

VENDOR CHECKLIST

Here's what you need to do to secure your vendor spot at Love Your Pet Expo 2012:

Fill our your Booth Space Reservation Contract. Make sure you fill out the "what you are selling" portion of the contract. This limits the competition having a booth next to yours.

Please include your resale number, so we'll have it on file.

Please include a copy of your liability insurance policy (just the first page)

This sponsorship also allows a pet-related charity to have a booth at our event. Many non-profits can't pay to exhibit, but really need to get their message out to the pet-loving public. Sadly, we can't afford to give them booth space, free. As a Gold Sponsor, an approved charity will display your products and hand out your information along with theirs.

PLATINUM SPONSORSHIP $250. This sponsorship includes the entire barn (miniature horses, miniature donkeys, Llamas, goats), with your company name prominently displayed at the entrance and in several locations inside, plus your company listing in our advertising flyer and on our website, 1 custom web page on loveyourpetexpo.com, your ad on our website, your company listing on our posters and print directory, and your company name and message prominently displayed at our information booth at the show.

LOVE YOUR PET EXPO TERMS, RULES AND REGULATIONS

No animals will be sold or advertised for sale at Love Your Pet Expo.

LATE ARRIVALS: Exhibitors arriving for set-up late can be relocated to any location specified by show management. If no alternative is available your late arrival may forfeit your participation rights. Set-up times are 7:00 - 9:00 am unless other arrangements are made with Love Your Pet Expo.

CANCELLATIONS: 100% -91 days prior to the show 75% - 90 days or less prior to the show 50% - 60 days or less prior to the show 25% - 45 days or less prior to the show No credit 30 days or less prior to the show

INDEMNIFICATION: Vendor, without regard to assignment, lease, sublease or dealer occupancy shall indemnify, hold harmless, defend or reimburse the Love Your Pet Expo officers from all losses , claims, liability, damage, actions, judgments recovered from or assesses against vendor or above named indemnity, plus expenses including , without limitation, attorney's fees. Such indemnification shall not be effective in damage or injury resulting from the sole gross negligence or willful misconduct of the show sponsor, employees, expenses for any injury to or death or and persons, or any loss of through theft or otherwise, or damage to property arising in any way in connection with the use and enjoyment of the vendor of the space, equipment or the show space of hall: arising from the use equipment, devices furnished to Love Your Pet Expo and its partners.

ACTS OF GOD: Love Your Pet Expo, and its partners, shall have no liability whatsoever for any matter or thing resulting from strikes, lock-outs' fire or other acts of God: preventing vendors show space being made available to vendor. In such case, Love Your Pet Expo Partnership shall return to Vendor payments made by vendor after deducting therefrom a pro-rata share of expenses incurred in connection with said show.

COPYRIGHTS: Vendor hereby assumes all costs and expenses arising from vendors or vendors employee's incorporation or use during the event of any music, written material , dramatic rights, inventions or devices that are subject of any copyright, trademark, trade name, patent, franchise or other contractual or statutory protection. Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Love Your Pet Exp Partnership from any damages, costs or expenses, including legal fees, which might arise out of or in connection with such incorporation or use.

AMENDMENTS: Show management shall have the full power in the interpretation and enforcement of all terms, rules and regulations and any further stipulations considered necessary for the proper conduct of the show. Vendor agrees to comply with such terns, rules and regulation. Failure to comply with such terms, rules and regulation shall entitle Love Your Pet Expo, to terminate obligations under this contract.

INSURANCE: Proof of liability insurance required. If you do not have insurance you may contact Shasta County Fair Grounds to purchase a $25.00 policy good for this event only.

FIRE SAFTY REGULATIONS ALL large display materials must be fire retardant.
