In the past 5 years I have put my love and passion into putting on the Love Your Pet Expo. This event is to acknowledge not only all the volunteers that put so much time, effort and love into the animals that they care for but all the pet owners in the community who love and cherish the pets in there life. We, the pet community should come together and share our vision for a better world for our pets.
In January of 2011, we became a 501(c)3 corporation as a sanctuary for special needs animals, giving them a forever home.

Dena is also a foster horse from Haven Horse rescue. She is very vocal loves apples but says a spoon full of sugar does not help the medicine go down. |
This is Symba. He was brought to us at 24 hours old with his umbilical cord still attached. He was found in the bushes by a 5 year old boy who wants to be a vet when he grows up and saving this kitten was the first step in his carrier. Symba is now 1 years old and thinks he is the prince of the house with a throne and all. |
Cheeto was tossed from a car window and the nice Samaritan in the car behind, stopped and picked up this tiny sick baby and brought him to PetCo where Stan just happened to be cleaning cat cages for Forever Pets. How could he not bring home this sweet baby? |
When we bake in our house it would not be possible without help from our resident chef, Felix. When Felix was given to us, I was told he was an 8 week old kitten who was not “quite right” falling down, and weak. He was only acting like a kitten with lots of energy. He has helped bathe a number of our foster kittens. |
Zoey was thrown from a moving car window at Kid's Kingdom and taken home by Q-97 Billy Pilgrim's son. Billy's wife is extremely allergic so he put a shout out for help on his radio station. Stan heard the shout out and knew this one was for him. She is a handfull--don’t let the sweet face fool you. |
Here's Katie at the 2010 expo. This is the only time she sat down all day.
